Using Kanoogi

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account, your password, and activity through your account.

Beta And Availability

Kanoogi and Intergalactic Space Empire features may be alpha, beta, experimental, incomplete, or changed at any time. We may add, remove, pause, or limit features and access as the platform evolves.

Acceptable Use

Do not harass others, threaten others, impersonate anyone, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt games or services, upload illegal content, or use Kanoogi to spam or abuse people.

User Content

You are responsible for what you post or upload. By posting content on Kanoogi, you give Kanoogi permission to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, and make technical copies of that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Games And Private Links

Private games are unlisted from the public lobby. A private game is not guaranteed to be secret; anyone with the game link or token and a valid session may be able to join unless additional restrictions are added.

Moderation

We may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, or take other action when we believe it is needed to protect Kanoogi, players, or the service.

No Warranty

Kanoogi is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, data preservation, compatibility, or that every feature will work on every device or browser.
